Sally Haueter's Tabouli (Mom and Tami)

1 cup cooked Bulger

3 ripe tomatoes (seeded and diced)

2 large cucumbers (seeded and diced)

2 large bunches of flat Italian parsley

2 garlic cloves minced

½ to ¾ cup lemon juice

¼ to ½ cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and refrigerate for an hour.
