Randall family's favorite chicken taco soup ( I just throw everything into the pot and let it cook)!
1 chopped onion
1(16 oz) can chili beans (I used red)
1(16 oz) can black beans
1(15 oz) corn, drained (I used frozen)
1(8 oz) can tomato sauce (I used crushed)
1(12 oz) can beer (I used chicken stock)
2(10 oz) cans of rotel
1 Pkg of taco seasoning or equivalent spices
3 whole chicken breasts or equivalent (I used canned chicken)
Cook your chicken and cut into pieces. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until onions are tender and flavors have blended. Serve with corn chips, cheese and sour cream, or even just plain is great!

By the way this is a great food storage recipe. That's why I used canned chicken, it was all I had!
