Aunt Betty Salsa-canning (Lynette)

30 tomatoes, diced

5 green peppers, chopped

4 jalepeno peppers, chopped with seeds removed

2 cloves garlic, chopped

5 onions, chopped

¼ cup salt

¼ cup sugar

2 cup vinegar

1 tsp black pepper

1 can tomato paste to thicken

Simmer until desired thickness. Bottle and water bath for 25 minutes. Make sure jars are sealed.
