Guacamole Dip (Tami)

7 avocados, chopped

1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tomato chopped

1 clove garlic, pressed

½ onion, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 jalapeno, cut in half, throw out the seeds of half and chopped

Put all together in a food processor to mix or hand mix together until well blended. ***TIP: Put one avocado seed in the middle of the dip to keep color from changing.
